PARP3, poly(ADP-ribosyl)transferase 3, belongs to the PARP family. These enzymes modify nuclear proteins by poly-ADP-ribosylation, which is required for DNA repair, regulation of apoptosis, and maintenance of genomic stability. This protein is preferentially localized to the daughter centriole throughout the cell cycle.
Titration of the PARP3 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 451-481 from the mouse protein was used as the immunogen for this PARP3 antibody.
Aliquot the PARP3 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
