Neuronal cell adhesion molecule is a cell adhesion, ankyrin-binding protein involved in neuron-neuron adhesion. May play a role in the molecular assembly of the nodes of Ranvier (By similarity).
Titration of the NRCAM antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 30-62 from the mouse protein was used as the immunogen for the NRCAM antibody.
Aliquot the NRCAM antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
