Description

This gene encodes a coiled-coil domain-containing protein. The encoded protein functions as a receptor for ubiquitin-coated bacteria and plays an important role in innate immunity by mediating macroautophagy. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for this gene.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the NDP52 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

Recombinant human protein (amino acids M1-L446) was used as the immunogen for the NDP52 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the NDP52 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
