Description

NCOA7 enhances the transcriptional activities of several nuclear receptors. It is involved in the coactivation of different nuclear receptors, such as ESR1, THRB, PPARG and RARA.

Application Notes

The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the NCOA7 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

A portion of amino acids 76-103 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the NCOA7 antibody.

Storage

Aliquot the NCOA7 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
