This gene encodes a member of the class I family of aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases. These enzymes play a critical role in protein biosynthesis by charging tRNAs with their cognate amino acids. The encoded protein is a component of the multi-tRNA synthetase complex and catalyzes the ligation of methionine to tRNA molecules.
Optimal dilution of the MARS1 antibody should be determined by the researcher.
Recombinant human protein (amino acids R25-E887) was used as the immunogen for the MARS1 antibody.
After reconstitution, the MARS1 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
