Description

Mitogen-activated protein kinase 4 is a member of the mitogen-activated protein kinase family. Tyrosine kinase growth factor receptors activate mitogen-activated protein kinases which then translocate into the nucleus where it phosphorylates nuclear targets.

Application Notes

Titration of the MAPK4 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

A portion of amino acids 537-566 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for this MAPK4 antibody.

Storage

Aliquot the MAPK4 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
