ISL2 is a transcriptional factor that defines subclasses of motoneurons that segregate into columns in the spinal cord and select distinct axon pathways (By similarity).
Titration of the ISL2 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 1-30 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for this ISL2 antibody.
Aliquot the ISL2 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
