This gene encodes a single-pass transmembrane protein that shares limited similarity with the interleukin-17 receptor. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been detected for this gene, but the full-length nature of only three have been determined to date.
Titration of the IL17RC antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 103-131 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for this IL17RC antibody.
Aliquot the IL17RC antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
