IL17RB is a cytokine receptor. This receptor specifically binds to IL17B and IL17E, but does not bind to IL17 and IL17C. This receptor has been shown to mediate the activation of NF-kappaB and the production of IL8 induced by IL17E.
Titration of the IL17RB antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 207-234 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for this IL17RB antibody.
Aliquot the IL17RB antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
