HES7 is a member of the hairy and enhancer of split family of bHLH transcription factors. The protein functions as a transcriptional repressor, and is implicated in correct patterning of the axial skeleton.
Titration of the HES7 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 26-55 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for this HES7 antibody.
Aliquot the HES7 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
