GRIP1-associated protein 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the GRIPAP1 gene. This gene encodes a guanine nucleotide exchange factor for the Ras family of small G proteins (RasGEF). The encoded protein interacts in a complex with glutamate receptor interacting protein 1 (GRIP1) and plays a role in the regulation of AMPA receptor function.
Optimal dilution of the GRIPAP1 antibody should be determined by the researcher.
Recombinant human protein (amino acids R42-S841) was used as the immunogen for the GRIPAP1 antibody.
After reconstitution, the GRIPAP1 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
