Description

ERBB4 is a tyrosine-protein kinase that plays an essential role as cell surface receptor for neuregulins and EGF family members and regulates development of the heart, the central nervous system and the mammary gland, gene transcription, cell proliferation, differentiation, migration and apoptosis. Application Notes

Titration of the ERBB4 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

A portion of amino acids 1276-1308 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for this ERBB4 antibody.

Storage
