Titration of the Erbb3 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
This mouse Erbb3 antibody was produced from a rabbit immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 1076-1110 amino acids from the region of mouse Erbb3.
Aliquot the Erbb3 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
