Desmoglein 3 is a component of intercellular desmosome junctions. It is involved in the interaction of plaque proteins and intermediate filaments mediating cell-cell adhesion. [UniProt]
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting amounts. Titration of the Desmoglein 3 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A protein fragment corresponding to the extracellular portion of human DSG3 was used as the immunogen for the Desmoglein 3 antibody.
