This protein is one of the nuclear-coded polypeptide chains of cytochrome c oxidase, the terminal oxidase in mitochondrial electron transport.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the Cox4i1 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 49-83 from the mouse protein was used as the immunogen for the Cox4i1 antibody.
