Description

CDK1 plays a key role in the control of the eukaryotic cell cycle. It is required in higher cells for entry into S-phase and mitosis. p34 is a component of the kinase complex that phosphorylates the repetitive C-terminus of RNA polymerase II.

Application Notes

Titration of the CDK1 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

A portion of amino acids 269-297 from the mouse protein was used as the immunogen for this CDK1 antibody.

Storage

Aliquot the CDK1 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
