Description

This gene encodes a member of the calcium dependent lectin superfamily of type II transmembrane receptors. Expression of the encoded protein is induced upon activation of T lymphocytes, and may play a role in proliferation. Furthermore, the protein may act to transmit signals in natural killer cells and platelets.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the CD69 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

Recombinant human protein (amino acids T101-E148) was used as the immunogen for the CD69 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the CD69 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
