Description

CD4 is anccessory protein for MHC class-II antigen/T-cell receptor interaction. May regulate T-cell activation. Induces the aggregation of lipid rafts. [UniProt]

Application Notes

The stated application concentrations are suggested starting amounts. Titration of the CD4 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

Stimulated human leukocytes were used as immunogen for the CD4 antibody.

Storage

CD4 antibody with azide can be stored at 2-8oC. The azide-free format should be aliquoted and stored at -20oC or colder.
